Refund Policy

Returns
Return must be initiated within 3 days of receipt. Once approved we will be more than happy to to issue a store credit less shipping cost upon receipt of the item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Monetary refunds are not offered unless the error is shown to be YourVue error. 

 
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at YourVueLLC@gmail.com and further instruction will be given.

Shipping
Please allow 7-10 business for items to be be shipped. Some items are custom made and may take longer. 

Pre-Sale items will specify a date which could be subject to change. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit the cost of return shipping will not be included. Also approval via email will be sent before store credit is issued.  

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

LOCAL PICKUP

Takes place every Weds from 5:30pm-7pm at the McDonald’s on Page and 170 in Overland plaza. Your your order is ready for pickup you’ll receive a email. If you know this time, date, and location doesn’t work for your schedule. Please select shipping.
